Yogic Cleansing Techniques (Shatkarma)

These are purification practices used to cleanse the body internally. They help remove toxins, improve digestion, and prepare the body for advanced yoga practices. Common techniques include Neti (nasal cleansing), Dhauti (digestive tract cleaning), and Kapalbhati (cleansing breath).

Yogic Routines for Days and Seasons

Yoga routines can be adjusted based on time of day and season. Morning practices energize the body, while evening routines help relaxation. Seasonal routines help maintain balance—for example, cooling practices in summer and warming practices in winter.

Yogic Mudras and Bandhas
