Dr. Saba has been practicing Hatha Yoga for over two decades and has experienced its profound therapeutic benefits for holistic well-being. To share this knowledge, she earned certification in therapeutic yoga from the AYUSH Ministry. She believes that teaching yoga today requires blending ancient wisdom with modern-day health challenges and that AYUSH teacher training program provide the necessary skills for this responsibility.
She offers personalized, one-on-one sessions focused on evidence-based yogic practices for preventive health, recovery, and overall physiological well-being. Her medical background allows her to understand health conditions deeply and design programs tailored to individual needs.
